Anna is CEO and co-founder of The Footprint Firm – a Copenhagen based start-up focusing on consulting and venture investments within sustainability.

She has been dubbed “fashion’s fairy godmother” by Vogue and one of the 100 Most Creative People in Business by Fast Company.
A Fulbright scholar, Áslaug holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an LL.M from Duke University School of Law and a Candidate of Law degree from the University of Iceland.

Christian Birk is the co-founder of Endomondo, having established the company as one of the world’s leading sports communities and scaled it organically to over 20 million members.
Christian Lindholm is the CEO and co-founder of Koru – making an operating system for wearables, smart keys and IOT devices. He’s also the co-founder of Vertical, a business augmentor connecting startups with corporates for faster innovation. Its innovation hub, pool of mentors and global access to the best startup innovations makes it a leader in its field. He moreover helped co-found Upgraded, a Health, Wellness and Wearable start-up cluster in Finland. The Upgraded Life Festival is the largest health and wellness startup event in the Nordics.
He was instrumental in helping Fjord grow into one of the global service innovation powerhouses when serving as their Chief Innovation Officer. Fjord was acquired by Accenture in 2013.
Christian moreover has a background as VP of Global Mobile Products at Yahoo! and inventing the Navi Key user interface for Nokia, where he spent 10 years.
His specialities include wearables, mobility and digital life is my reality. He’s interested in UX design, behaviour, lifestyle, as well as articulating future trends and visions.
Christine is co-founder of Blueye Robotics, a Norwegian ocean tech-startup developing the Blueye Pioneer underwater drone which lets you explore the ocean down to 150m deep from your own smart phone. She is also Captain of EntrepreneurShip One connecting a global network of people to accelerate solutions to the great ocean challenges.

Claus Moseholm has built and sold companies since the early 00’s, having co-founded and exited goviral to AOL. Claus is highly active in the Nordic tech ecosystem and acts as an investor and advisor to numerous startups

Danny Lange is one of the world’s leading experts in AI and Machine Learning, having lead these efforts at companies such as Unity, Uber, Amazon, and Microsoft.
Danny advises byFounders portfolio companies on all things related to AI/ML, Voice and AR/VR.
David Helgason is the founder of gaming company Unity. He’s a technologist and a restless entrepreneur with a passion for creating feedback loops between innovation and teams and products, applying new and old business models to changing industries, and pushing people to do the very best they can do.

Frederikke Schmidt was awarded Best Female Founder of 2018 and was the first female Danish founder to crowdfund her startup roccamore.
Frederikke is passionate about shoe design, marketing and female entrepreneurship. After many years in the Italian fashion industry, she finally moved back to Copenhagen to start her own label of comfortable high heels, roccamore, with the aim to disrupt the retail industry and make roccamore the preferred everyday shoe for the modern woman.
He’s a software architect, project manager, certified scrum master, Microsoft .NET and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), interoperability, REST, Cloud, Java, distributed databases
His specialties are large-scale public SOA infrastructure, government projects, interoperability, .NET, Java, Cloud, XML and electronic procurement.
Heini Zachariassen is the founder of Vivino and currently serves as Chief Evangelist. During his tenure, Vivino grew into a community of 30 million users, raised $57 million in funding and rolled out a worldwide wine marketplace.
Based in San Francisco, Heini advises startups and runs the YouTube-show Raw Startup.
Henrik Rosendahl is a serial enterprise software entrepreneur with four successful exits under his belt, including Akanda Inc and CloudVolumes. The latter was named one of Five Strategic Acquisitions That Reshaped VMware by Forbes.
Now an investor and board member, Henrik sits on the board and advises multiple companies, including Vivino, NeuVektor and NordSense.
He moreover serves as mentor to the Alchemist Accelerator in San Francisco.
After having spent almost 13 years with eBay in various roles and geographies focused on building marketplaces and communities, Jacob Aqraou nowadays spends his time investing in carefully selected companies.

Jakob Langemark is co-founder and CEO of Hello Great Works.

Jani is a serial entrepreneur, programmer and game designer. Well-known in the Finnish tech ecosystem, Jani now spends most of his time in sunny Las Vegas. He has started and operated companies on three continents, most recently Transfluent.
Being a game developer since 1992, Jani has returned to his roots and is working on his new gaming startup.
Jesper Højberg Christensen
Jesper Højberg Christensen is a serial entrepreneur who most recently created the media and data platform for founders and investors in Denmark, Bootstrapping. In the dot.com period he among others started Kforum and GroupCare, and one of Denmark’s biggest advertising agencies, Advice. He is now also an investor with +80 start-up and scale-up companies in various countries.
Jesper also serves as Vice Chairman of DanBAN – Danish Business Angels. Additionally, Jesper is on the board of and developing the companies, he has founded: Nextwork A/S, K-forum, Advice A/S, Common, deepr, Groupcare, World Climate Ltd. and 8 others.
As an advisor through more than 30 years, Jesper is still as CEO in Nextwork helping big organizations with their strategies within the management of digitalization and strategic communication. He recently authored the book “Far from Silicon Valley. Digital transformation in Danish Corporates” (2019), and before that “Business Communication” (2010). He has co-authored widely recognized international industry reports about digitalization and transformation of established business models. Jesper is also ass. professor at CBS, Copenhagen Business School.
Jesper Søgaard co-founded Better Collective, the world’s leading developer of digital platforms for iGaming communities, in 2004 and has been the driving force of the company ever since, growing it to a publicly traded company.
He’s also an active investor in a number of startup companies and sits on several boards.
Gong Media, Kantine
Joachim is a San Francisco-based, Danish-born entrepreneur, angel investor and media executive.
In 2008, he founded and build the TV production company Gong and took it from 1 to 50 employees and from 0 kr to 40 mio. kr revenue until he exited to MTG in 2013.
Joachim is an early investor in Zendesk, and has recently made early angel investments in a small number of (mostly) Danish startups with global ambitions.
He enjoys mentoring founders in the early days, and has extended experience with focusing the business, creating winning pitch decks, investment rounds, media, going global and long-term strategy.
Kahoot!, We Are Human
Johan Brand is one of Norway’s great entrepreneurs and deeply engaged in the Norwegian tech ecosystem. Aside from having co-founded Kahoot! and We Are Human, Johan is the captain of the legendary EntrepreneurShipOne.
Cloudmade, Cogniance, Star
Juha Christensen is the co-founder and chairman of Star (formerly Cogniance) and Cloudmade.
He has driven and participated in multiple exits within mobile, software and Internet and has experience from product management, marketing, sales, business development, evangelism, and supplier relationships.
Juha is moreover an experienced coach to CEOs, providing sparring in areas like strategy, scaling companies, offshore development, and constructing high-performance teams.
He is an entrepreneur, industry thought leader, and a key pioneer in the development of mobile operating systems and wireless applications, and was named one of the 25 most influential Europeans in Technology by Time Magazine.
Julius founded PurePharma (rebranded to Puori) to help people increase their health and well-being by bridging the nutrient gaps created by the food industry.
Having exited the company successfully, Julius is currently working on a new startup – once again within health – and he’s very passionate about health, product development, branding, packaging and music.
Kaare Danielsen is a seasoned internet entrepreneur. He founded CEO of Jobindex, Denmark’s leading recruitment platform, in the first half of the nineties and still serves as CEO.
Meanwhile, Kaare is now an active venture investor.
He is a trained software engineer and computer science.
Karl Munthe-Kaas is the co-founder and CEO of Kolonial.no, the largest online grocery company in Norway with roughly 100m EUR in sales, and a 230m EUR valuation in 2018. He has also co-founded Nabobil.no, P2P carsharing, that was sold to Getaround for 12M USD in 2019
Kasper Hulthin is co-founder and Cheif Growth Officer at employee engagement platform Peakon.
Passionate about building companies and changing the status quo, Kasper believes in people and empowerment to change the world.

Kristian started his career working in the music industry founding the danish band Nephew. Today he has a portfolio of various companies within creative industries and tech. Based in Copenhagen and Los Angeles, he’s working to create better conditions for creative companies and artists.
Lars Fløe Nielsen
Lars Fløe Nielsen is the co-founder of Sitecore, where he currently serves as a non-executive.
With a background in programming, Lars helped building Sitecore from startup to to a euro-Unicorn business. Throughout this journey, he went through almost every role, including developing the original code, sales, marketing, building partner ecosystems, heading strategy, scaling and leading the product department. He moreover handled acquisitions and investments.
Nowadays, Lars helps entrepreneurs by serving on the boards of Bookboon.com, Presidents Institute, nemlig.com, Adform, and on the jury of the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year Denmark.
Lars is one of the co-founders of Nordic Makers. A group of eight top Nordic Angels working actively with the entrepreneurs they invest in.

Lars Thinggaard is an entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in start-ups and venture capital. For the past 15 years, he has been President & CEO of Milestone Systems.
Lars is a firm believer in the Scandinavian approach to management, where all employees in a company are encouraged to participate in the company’s success by freely contributing their input, ideas and opinions. Scandinavian management is about openness, trust and transparency, principles he believes are crucial to effective leadership.
Lasse Andresen is a serial entrepreneur with 20+ years of experience in the tech industry including leadership roles at Texas Instruments and Sun Microsystems, where he was CTO of Central and Northern Europe. As the founding CEO of identity and access management company ForgeRock, he achieved 100% year-over-year initial growth and secured top-tier venture funding totaling $140 million. He then continued in his leadership role as CTO, growing the company to over 550 employees internationally, and establishing a customer base of over 800 Global Fortune 5000 companies.
Lasse co-founded and scaled Football Radar specialising in statistical analysis of football and exited the company in 2018, where it employed 200 people in 3 countries.

Louise Fritjofsson is a serial-entrepreneur with more than 12 years experience as CEO and founder of SaaS, marketplace, E-commerce and AdTech companies in Scandinavia and the US.
Located in Silicon Valley since 2014, she’s been investing and mentoring startups at one of the leading tech accelerators.
Mathias Gredal Nørvig

Nicolaj Reffstrup is the founder of the succesful fashion company Ganni. Before joining fashion, he was an entrepreneur in the tech industry, investing in and cultivating small and mid-sized companies for growth.
He also co-founded Spleak Media Network, an early attempt at creating commercial chatbots. Combining tech and retail, Nicolaj has unique insights to share.
Niklas Zennström is a Swedish entrepreneur best known for founding several high-profile online ventures with Janus Friis including Skype and Kazaa.
More recently he founded the technology investment firm Atomico and has become a significant figurehead for entrepreneurs in the tech sector.

Pernille was one of the three first partners in the strategic consultancy company resonans, based in Copenhagen. In 2010 Pernille sold her shares in this company and founded her own, hippebrun´co, which focuses on helping startups and also larger corporations with leadership, culture, team performance and the entrepreneurial mindset. Pernille has been paramount in building up the leadership and culture in among other companies Tradeshift, where she has been Strategic Advisor since the founding days in 2010. Pernille is an experienced business consultant, trusted advisor, facilitator, board member, author and speaker. Søren H. Nissen
Søren Halskov Nissen founded and served as CEO at Drivr and Spiri, two Copenhagen-based mobility startups.
He is now Head of Product – Autonomous Services at Daimler AG.
Sten Tamkivi has been building for people on the move (Topia, Teleport, Skype) as founder or product exec for the last 15 years.
He’s an active investor and advisor to numerous startups and the byFounders portfolio but haven’t forgotten his entrepreneurial traits as he serves as EIR at Andreessen Horowitz.

Sune Alstrup is the ex-CEO/Co-founder of The Eye Tribe, exited to Facebook and Oculus. Currently an investor, but founder and entrepreneur at heart with a passion for the journey of a tech startup, transforming the initial ideas to world-leading products.
Thomas Albert is the co-founder and -owner of Sitecore and Pentia. Sitecore has grown to be one of the worlds largest and most successful CMS / CEP companies and Pentia has been along for the ride on a smaller scale, with a heavy emphasis of supporting and creating Sitecore solutions around the world.
Albert is motivated to do the morally right thing in both in the case of employees and business. There sure has to be money to make to take on the different opportunities from our customers, but at the same time, the employees have to feel a certain degree of ownership and interest to make the best possible job. Concerning customers, he always reserve the right to say no to an assignment, if I don’t agree with circumstances or final use of the assignment.
His specialities are entrepreneurship, sales, negotiations, contract law, public contracts (Denmark) and just doing the best as possible for our employees.
Thomas Madsen-Mygdal is an entrepreneur and designer.
He co-founded Podio and is now on a journey to change how companies market and communicate with TwentyThree – the Video Marketing Platform.
Thomas is a key player in the Danish and Nordic tech ecosystems behind initiatives such as Techfestival and CPHFTW.
Small Giant Games
Timo is the CEO and co-founder of Small Giant Games, maker of the hit game Empires & Puzzles. Small Giant was was acquired by Zynga, Inc in December 2018 at $700M valuation.
He is also an active angel investor in several technology startups like Aiforia and Aeromon. He specializes in building world class teams, creating innovative growth strategies and raising growth financing for early stage companies.
