byFounders Welcomes Line Ettrich

We are thrilled to announce that Line Ettrich will be joining the byFounders core team as Data & Research Lead. 

In her role, Line will spearhead our fund intelligence, contributing data-driven insights crucial for deal sourcing, due diligence, and external reporting. 

She will also play a pivotal role in steering our ESG & Impact initiatives, providing valuable guidance to founders, and upholding our commitment to external transparency.

Before byFounders, Line played an active role in the ecosystem as the co-founder of Veriply, a FinTech startup on a mission to tackle invoice errors and fraud. As a previous founder, Line sees eye-to-eye with our founders, knows the hustle of running her own business, and how to navigate the intricacies of startup life.

She now brings her experience, which spans business administration, data science, and an ongoing sidekick of coding various applications, onto the byFounders team. 

Born and raised in Germany, with Danish and Swiss roots, Line will be based in Copenhagen.  

Her academic background is marked by a master's degree in Management of Innovation and Business Development from CBS, complemented by a full scholarship for UC Berkeley, where she studied entrepreneurship and built up her network in Silicon Valley.

Outside of work, Line has a soft spot for dogs (especially Boxers), enjoys playing board games, and loves to travel.
