“Stories help us connect with people, and build community.”
We’re thrilled to welcome Caroline Frantl-Larsson to our team. Passionate about seeking out, listening to, and telling people’s stories, Caroline will elevate our community’s voices.
Originally from Sweden, Caroline had a multicultural upbringing. She has lived, studied, and worked in 7+ cities worldwide, including Dubai, Chicago, London, and Rome; experiences that have fueled her fascination for storytelling.
“Listening to and telling stories has always been very important to me. Every time I relocated, I was looking for a way to learn from, and connect with, my new home and its community. I found that exchanging stories helped me do so. We all have unique stories to share and I want to provide the talented and inspirational people in our community with space and the platform to do just that!”
While Caroline started her career working with world-renowned FMCG companies, she has always been excited to share young founders and entrepreneurs' stories. She finally pivoted to working with entrepreneurs and has been executing impactful marketing and PR campaigns for Nordic startups for the past three years, as part of an agency.
“Establishing innovative tech startups in an international market was an unforgettable experience. I had the pleasure of working with incredibly passionate and ambitious founders and entrepreneurs from the Nordics, several of them part of the byFounders community, and I was always proud to have the opportunity to share their ‘why’.”
By joining byFounders, Caroline will lift the stories and perspectives from the byFounders Collective and our portfolio companies, share announcements, industry trends, and expert insights with the broader community. By doing so, Caroline will ensure byFounders continues to add value and remain anchored across its key markets.
Do you have a story you believe must be shared? Please don’t hesitate to connect with her over email at caroline@byfounders.vc.
When Caroline is not consumed in stories, books, and podcasts, she’s usually working on one of her latest (sometimes quite absurd) projects, like performing in an 80’s pop choir or training for a marathon. Otherwise, you’ll find her walking in the countryside, listening to blues and jazz music, and trying to perfect some new dishes in the kitchen.
