Autonomous QA testing

QA.tech is building a solution that uses LLMs to understand high level instructions for what to do and to interact with web pages and apps, record its screen as it tests, then report errors. Simple things like purchase flows, cookiebanners and login flows could be tested daily, automatically in a "pingdom style" instead of manually every time there is a release.
